SMA researchers attend Make Learn Conference 2013

Florian Bauer, Kurt Matzler and Daniel Degischer examined the role of organizational learning in M&A and presented their findings at the Make Learn Conference in Zadar, Croatia, last June. The ambivalent results indicate that task integration is learnable while integrating culture is not.
