SMA Team attends M&A congress in Munich

On 25 November 2013 SMA researchers attended the 11^th German Corporate M&A Congress (11. Deutscher Corporate M&A-Kongress) which took place in Munich. This annual congress is particularly known for its practical relevance.

Hence, SMA researchers got the chance to listen to speeches of and to network with several M&A practitioners. Among the speakers were, inter alia, representatives from Bayer AG, Knorr Bremse AG, Intralinks and the German federal M&A association (Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions e.V.), who shared their experiences and challenges in the field of M&A with the audience.
