Dr. Andreas Strobl - Associated Researcher

andreasbw Andreas Strobl is a senior researcher at the SMA research lab.

He received his doctoral degree from Innsbruck University in 2012. His main research focuses on issues related to mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized businesses. In this respect, he especially investigates issues related to relationship and network management.

SMA researchers attend Make Learn Conference 2013

Florian Bauer, Kurt Matzler and Daniel Degischer examined the role of organizational learning in M&A and presented their findings at the Make Learn Conference in Zadar, Croatia, last June. The ambivalent results indicate that task integration is learnable while integrating culture is not.
