Peter Latka was a Research Intern at the SMA Research Lab.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration specializing in Banking & Finance from the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Mannheim. Currently, Peter is enrolled as a Masters student for Strategic Management & Law at the Management Center Innsbruck. He gathered research experience as well as practical M&A experience during his cooperative studies with the UniCredit Bank AG.

SMA researchers attend Make Learn Conference 2013

Florian Bauer, Kurt Matzler and Daniel Degischer examined the role of organizational learning in M&A and presented their findings at the Make Learn Conference in Zadar, Croatia, last June. The ambivalent results indicate that task integration is learnable while integrating culture is not.
